Guys,

Wouldn't be great to start a game with some of the nations being allied?
As far as I know, the only way we could do this is by creating a save game file.
is it possible to read the saved files? if so can we change it so that for example England and Russia start the game as allied????

anybody?

I dont know how. Why would you want to do that?? Just curious....it would be cool, but why dont you just send an emissarie during the first year?

Well for example, you will start with France at the begining of the second coalition (during napoleonic time)...
In addition, sending an emissary does not mean the other party will accept your alliance.

Diplomacy is almost non-existent in MTW. Alliances mean very little and the AI breaks them irrationally.
