Thom has been sneaking around playing MTW while I am at work it seems. hehe He told me he is pretty good and thinks he can beat the old man. LOL Darn Younguns Anyways, he also told me that he has had problems getting people to join his 4v4 games. Since he is using the same PC as I did when I played MTW, the connect will be as good as if I was hosting, so join up
Only way I found out that my son was playing is; I hosted a game the other night, as the CookieMonster, and somebody asked me if I was Thom . . Not knowing who Thom was, I asked them "Why?". They told me the name of my game was "Thom's Game." Took me awhile to finally figure it out
Finally, I told everyone who I was, and had a few fun games. The game still does not hold enough interest for me to play regularly, but I may drop by now and then to say "hi".
PS. I am playing Freelancer online now, on the Elite server. It always has quite a few people playing on this server and YumYum aka CaptCrappyPants, and Amatsu play on this server as well. We team up to take on coop missions and to keep all the bad guys away. hehe The nice thing is that the server is moderated very strictly. The admin has caught several money cheaters and banned their IP from the server. Not much Player Killing (PKng) goes on, unless two groups agree before to battle it out in a certain star system.
Have fun guys and once Rome comes out I may just be back and ready to join a competitive clan once more.
