The anti-units file is one of the tools the stratmap AI uses to give the player a run for his money, and dictates what percentage of his forces should be made up of each particular unit in order to counter the enemy. It's used each new season when the AI decides what to build and train next, so you shouldn't actually need it for your balancing but because you asked, it works like this:

[If Enemy Has This][Then We Should Have This]
ie first row means if enemy has samArchers then we we want 5% SA, 2% SS, 5%NA, etc. etc. etc.


So it has nothing to do with battle.

Im no expert on the stats. Doc is asking the same question to Target, hopefully he will reply with the 'official' statement early next week.

i just saw tosa put the log browser at mods/tools section too. so u ppl can download it at the org as well.
