Ok guys , basically , i have no clue about modding "ANYTHING"

BAscily i would like to beable to choose what units and what buildings go where at start of CAMPAGAIn..

IE: IF I WANT A FORTREES IN LONDON........straight away at start etc................................................

please , any and all Relevent info greatly appreaciated.

how ever , pls note , i am not a Modder myself...so
and help ..

Try asking all the makers of the mods already downloaded, and I know that there is a lot more work that needs to be done than you think. You must edit a lot of files. Try doing a search for Reference Books.

no its not that hard.
all he wants is to set start units and buildings.
so all he should do, is copy say early.txt back it up and then edit the MakeUnit:: section and MakeBuilding:: section

so for a fortress in London
MakeBuilding:: ID_WESSEX Castle12 (i think, could be castle11)

for units
MakeUnit:: ID_WESSEX Highlandclansmen 60

where the 60 is the unit size
of course, if he created chiv men at arms in early he would not be able to retrain them until the building and the era is correct, i.e. high era

you can then add as many buildings and units to a province as you want, and whichever faction you assign (or is already asigned) to start with that province get those units and buildings.
i believe it is even possible to add units and buildings even if you don't have the necessary prerequisite buildings (i.e. spearmaker without town watch)
though i'm not sure about this
