Great Treasury

A Great Treasury helps the financial management of a whole nation - after all, the money from taxes has to be stored somewhere This is the place where the surplus income from a nation will eventually end up, and where the wealth of the government is calculated. Paper money does not exist, so coinage is the only true measure of wealth.

This is also the place where new coinage is minted and issued. The Great Treasury building is usually located at the heart of government, close to the central power and guarded by trusted guards. Officials running this building should be honest, but the temptation to defraud is great and so spies of all kinds are employed to check that nothing irregular happens - and then extra spies are used to watch the first lot of spies

Do you think there's a never ending chain of spies watching other spies?

That would be strange. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/shock.gif

I just had a thought-If the game comes out in 2005(see Catilines topic), how many of these weekly building/unit previews are we going to have?

Probably refers to corruption.

again, activision said fiscal year 2005, which starts april 2004.
And also, if it takes them another year, that's 52 weeks with a weekly unit and building despcription. And there's probably over 50 (maybe over 100?) units and prolly over 50 buildings, so, they will release the game with plenty of units/buildings left that won't be described on their website yet.
