I am a fairly good player and ex trainer of SPQR. I enjoyed training so much, that i wish to continue that for all new players who are really interested in the game...

if you want to learn the first steps in MP Total war battle, reply below, or find me in the MP lobby (Viking mostly, original game only you if you post...)

ps my timezone is GMT +2 mostly on between 6 pm gmt and 930 pm gmt weekdays.

I am new and have not played MP yet, but am eager to do so.
Playing weekday evenings (GMT) suits me fine and I'd be glad to meet up sometime.

Couple of questions before I venture onto the MP battlefield :

Do I need v1.1 and will it delete my current SP campaign ?

Where do you gentlemen meet up to play ? Gamespy ? Or some way to direct connect ?

yes you need vs 1.1 and yes it will destroy your campaign, but you can double install and keep your campaign in vs 1.0

i will be glad to give you a few tips. If your gonna play email me at SPQR_Sulla@hotmail.com, so i can start up MTW original...

IF im not already sleeping :/

Thanks for the games last Tuesday, Sulla.

And thanks for the teaching, too.
I still have lots to learn, but it sure was a good start.
We should continue.

And I can recommend Sulla's training sessions to all new players. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
