normal game, vikings.
so there i was the vikings, this is the 2nd time i have used them, the 1st time..well i went up in debt real fast http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/dizzy.gif. i learned from my mistakes, so in this game just raided like there was no tommorow, i usually picked on the northrumbians http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/tongue.gif, then after a couple of raides i raided the picts. no real challenge since all of em just retreated O.o (thank god for me, no lag). i was raiding till i got 20k then i decided to settle on the south-eastern side of the map. fortunately noone conquered it yet. i allied with the mercians and the scots by the way. anyways, the usual raid was going on, i was slowly developing my homeland and my overseas hq. My Kings were REALLY REALLY good. not a single bad vice, all my kings and the descendants were 5star generals. serious, although there was this 1 1star son that i just kep for laughs http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/tongue.gif. i didnt really mind the 56-bug since all of my kings were good. but wait, one of my kings (i think 3rd king) was 20something yrs old w00h00 he was a 7star general with warrior and materialistic or something vice. life was sweet. back to raiding. my overseas empire was becoming developed and so was my homeland, i was the king of the seas. noone dared to challenge my authoritah
the map so far: i control 6or so provinces. mercian got the whole middle part. saxons didnt move, so did the picts and the scots. irish go their own island. time passed. the picts married of one their princesses(sp?) to my royal line, i was taking a gamble since i still wanted to raid their lands http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/tongue.gif (god i love the vikings). blah blah time passed, mercians having biggest army, good thing im allied with them. they have a was with saxons and left the saxons with 1 province http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/tongue.gif. the scots tried to invade irising but failed http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/dizzy.gif. then a twist of fate arrived.. when i pressed the end button, next turn i found the pict king died..with no heirs.. and i got ALL HIS LAND OMFG 1st time this thing ever happened. this inheritance quickly doubled my empire. i got most of the north except for the scots.... which are my allies.... right.... allies....

out of sheer boredom and i my kings and joms vikings needed some experince... i broke my alliance with the scots and immediatly owned them.. after 3 turns. the 1st 2 turns they just retreated and the 3rd turn they made a stand. longest game i have ever played. something like 2000+of my armies against 3000+ of his. took me 3 hrs to finish that.. god that was something. anyways overall situation. i control the north, a bit of the south too. the mercians control the middle with the northrumbians and welsh. saxons are trapped in one little province. irish still control their own island and theyre making SHIPS NOOO i control all the smaller islands http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif. and now im just stocking up on joms vikings for my eventual battle with my allies....the mercians...
the end (not really end but..). this was my best VI game yet. hail vikings w00h00 hail the joms w00h00
