Ok, heres the deal fellas. theres no way im downloading 120 mbs (on my connection... that would be about 3 weeks) http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif If anyone who has it wants to do a nice conversion, compressing the files into a different fromat, and gets them to a managable size (15 - 20 mb) then a lot more ppl will be able to enjoy these videos. So, if there is no copyright issue, Ill give whoever does it an ftp account on my server, so they can upload the files, and then people can download them. That person 9as reward) can then keep that ftp account (ie. free web hosting http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif ) Anyone up for it? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

If its an issue of attracting traffic to your site, then perhaps someone can put your site's name in the corner... or something like that.

How about you guys compress the files a little... I mean 125 mb for a 5 min video really can be improved on a huge amount. It will also reduce your bandwidth bill a little. Its up to you guys, but it might be a really nice and consrtuctive thing to do for the community, simply compress them to divx or something.

Not sure how much the movies show of the whole picture, but what is seen is nice indeed

The movies are impressive.

Quite nice to see more of how the battles and game are intended to work.

I still have a hard time accepting how huge these battle maps are. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/eek.gif

One thing I have noticed with the campaign map is the limited numbers of cities.

It looks like there are actually fewer cities in RTW than there were provinces in MTW.

I'll have to look at the strat map again when I get home.

Anyone else notice this?
