Hi justasking if anyone out there can give us a bit of basic advice on satrting to mod my MTW ... namely how can u alter it so that u can add in new 'hero/personality figures and or icons)...
an example of this is to try to add both reynald of chat, raymond of tripoli and Gerrard de ridfort ( possibly as a unit auto created with the crusade markers when it generates the starting units for the crusade)... also like to be able to create certain unique icons such as the true cross (as an assigned title in a similiar way to provinicial titles maybe ???
and third and not least is their anyway to enable templars to be recruited in the holy lands as a way of unit upgrade perhaps ( as this is were they were recruited in the earlier years... ie u drop a fuedal knight or men at arms unit in for an upgrade and pay the cost and voilla he changes to an order unit *(at vast expense of course)...
Also can this be tied in with an inability of the christians raising forces in the holy lands as historically they didnt build huge armies of local christians but instead were constantly relying on the relief colums of additional crusade armies being sent from the homelands http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
