I am not new to MTW/VI, but am new to this kind of on-line forum. I was thrilled to read through postings on this site and see that there is a lot of intelligent, informative discussion on ALL aspects of the Total War experience. I am interested in the strategic element of the game, as well as the historical relevence. Don't get me wrong; I like a bone-crunching battlefield encounter just as uch as the next guy/gal. But, I was just a disappointed to find that many other sites seem entirely devoted to on-line, multiplayer battles. I look forward to participating in this forum, sharing what I know, and most importantly, learning a lot from the experience of other members.
