MOD HELP PLEASE

WHEN EVER I TRY DO DOWNLOAD ANY UNIT CREATING TOOL IT ASKS WHAT I WANT TO OPEN IT WITH. NOTHING I HAVE TRIED WORKS. I've not downloaded any of the tools but the file is probably a zip file to keep the download as small as possible. You will need to get utility such as Winzip (free) in order to un-zip it. If you do have such a utility, then perhaps your file association table is messed up (which program works with which file type).

I tried the win zip thing. It didnt work I try to download it and it asks what I want to open it with. I tried everything nothing works. Please help someone.

what kind of file is it? if it is a .bak like they sometimes are you need bakopener I think its called someone can provide a link for you if thats the case. If it isnt a .bak what kind is it?
