I'm using the Gnome Editor for MTW 1.1 and I'm not sure what a couple fields do:
1. HONOUR_LEVEL(N)
I'm guessing that N is the morale of the unit?
2. Morale Bonus Integer
I'm guessing that this is added to the morale specified in HONOUR_LEVEL(N)? (If so, then why are there two fields which determine morale?)

there are several different places for the moral to be increased, one of which is in the actual game, but before that there are a few more. Honour level does help some-what but I always thought there wass something else in there. Although I couldn't say right off the bat.

All cavalry units have +1 morale (mount bonus). I think the most important in editing morale is Morale Bonus Integer. Morale is also improved by a higher valour of a unit, and/or armour bonuses and weapon bonuses. You propably know that churches and mosques also improve morale.

I'm not sure if the Morale Bonus Integer is the most important. Almughvars (sp?) have a Morale Bonus Integer of -2 (same as Peasants) but they are described as having "Excellent Morale."
I didn't know that weapon and armor bonuses improve morale or that calvary have a morale bonus. Thanks for your help http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
