Crusades

I modded the game to make Fanatics buildable with a Chapter House and Reliquary as the building requirements. Now I never seem to get them when I launch a Crusade. Is it because I don't have a Reliquary in the province I launched the Crusade?

I've never had ANY fanatics in ANY of my crusader armies - so maybe it is just a coinsidence that you dont get them http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/dizzy.gif

It's somewhere in this part of the Fanatic's stats

"CATH_HERETICS(-30), CATH_ZEALOTS(-30), CRUSADE(5), ORTH_HERETICS(-15), ORTH_ZEALOTS(-10), PAG_REBELS(1), PAG_PEASANTS(1), PAG_ZEALOTS(3)"

It seems, the lower these numbers, the higher the probability of that unit appearing when certain events occur (or something like that).
