I'm from Melbourne. I am on bigpond cable. Its ok but I have problems playing on US, UK servers. The pings are not so good for us.

playing online with MTW is fine, eve from australia, when i started i was joining games on a 33k modem with no lag, now i use adsl, and things are fine

even though it might say pings in 300's thats still easliy playable for MTW

the biggest problem with it is time slots
if you try to organise a clan game you have consider the time slots of all the contestants and then choose a game time accordenly.

Well, if we were playing against intercontinental players from the US and the UK and Europe and Asia (imagine the hops) we have to play on a Saturday or Sunday - when people are more free.

But if we are playing within Australia or NZ - then its not such a problem.
