alright, i have a question;

are there any anti-cavalry ground units? cus apparantly i can win by throwing mass amounts of cavalry at their gun units as they try to run away and skirmish me.

Nope, we have no anti-calvary units, also for battle you have to change the units to a hold position.

i think its kind of tiring to put each individual unit into rows of 2/3. But it helps. In rows of 2, the entire unit fires at the same time, dealing a LOT of damage, as opposed to a unit of 3 rows, who fire faster but a little weaker.

I tried several tests, one was during campaign mode when a so-called "rebellion" started and it consisted of 10 line infantry. I sent one group of 60 at them. I put my men into a line of two, and the enemy advanced. They fired, no one died. I fired, 6 of them died. A couple seconds later their entire unit disappears, and i leave unscathed. Another test I had one unit of 60 men (in 2 rows) fight a unit of 60 men(in 3 rows). The unit in 2 won, im not sure why.
