No problem..........well it is really but I'm enjoying it Now I have a hell of a lot more webspace the sky's the limit. Camera fully charged and ready for thursday night. - How did they stop the elephants ?
- Kill the riders or kill the elephants _

According to the programme the only way to stop the elephants is with light infantry with spear and javelin throwers. The heavy infantry got minced........sad http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif

I think its the Beast Seljuk. But the Heavy Infantry did cut down a few, it was only when Hannibals Long Spears hit , was when that part of the Roman line gave way. The elephants collapsing looked Tremendous and really made me laugh for some reason http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif

Only one elephant survived from ten in that program, and it was routed from the field. When an elephant came into range the javalin men targeted the elephant but they seem to have the age old archers problem from shogun and medieval, where they dont account for the elephant actually moving http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/rolleyes.gif Nearly every javalin misses unless the elephant is standing still.

Yer I liked the collasping elephants. Played it in slow motion last night when taking the pics. Loved the way their legs came up in the air when collasping on their side...just like the real thing

Did the elephants or any of the units have any little valor flags like in MTW ?

NO these images were for a tv programme and not the game. If the viewers were to see little valour flags they would be wondering what the f*** is going on
