The question is easy but i feel dumb to ask that. What is the difference between excellent attack and strong charge eg. for a foot soldier? The foot soldier has only one way to do his job, using his sword. So what is the difference between attack and charge?

The charge bonus is only present at the beginning of melee, when the unit first makes contact, and then only under the right circumstances. Attack is how likely it is that each man in the unit will kill an opponent and is raised by giving them weopon upgrades.
Attack is the normal hand to hand combat capability of the unit. Excellent attack means they are very good at hand to hand combat (single click on the enemy). In MTW, usually all sword/long sword/mace/club will have high attack (side arm have lower att).
Charge is a bonus added to the normal attacking skill and is only applied when unit is charging an enemy unit (double click on the enemy). I'm not sure if unit will automatically charge when they begin the combat. Charge bonus only last a short moment (a few seconds). After the cahrge, unit will go back to its normal attacking skill. Strong charge mean the unit have big charge bonus (in MTW, usually all spear/pike/lance/polearm have very high charge).
For example: an unit with 4 att and 8 charge will do hand to hand combat (single click) with 4 att and will charge (double click) with 12 att. After the charge, it will uses its normal att of 4.

When you tell a unit to attack another it will automatically charge it once it gets close. Double-clicking on a unit doesn't make it charge, it just makes it run faster. When a unit gets close the description will change from Marching or Marching quickly to attacking. At that moment the unit is charging.
Just a thought, one that probably has come up before: if commanding your unit to attack by just simple clicking, letting AI take care of charging when it's time, is it possible that if you are facing an enemy unit that is charging towards your unit, for example a fast cavalry unit, AI doesn´t order the charge in time and you fail to get the charge bonus?
Knowing that there aren´t this kind of things happening would just make my life easier on the field, as I could be sure that those units I ordered to attack will do so in the most effective way possible, even if target marches towards them.
