Alternate Attacks...

Some units have alternate attacks, such as Byzantine Cavalry. How do you use their secondary attacks? Thanks in advance.

With the Alt button... hold down alt button ...your mouse will change from its usual icon to a sword...and place your mouse over the target enemy and click mouse button as per usual...

I always thought they were just archers that are still good units after their arrows are spent. Now I might actually try to play as some Muslims. Thanks again.

Yeah I've always wondered why people like the Turks so much when their armies are mostly Archers, but with this new feature of alternate attacks I realize how they are good. My gaming experiance has changed immensly thanks to this post. Thank you Cantacuzene for making this topic

yeah i love the byzatine calvarys, i used them alot against the mogol horse archers
