In the Dungeon a Doc explained several interesting ways to change the way the AI builds up its provinces. My question (ignorant though it is) is whee are these text files to be modified?

I can't answer your question totally, but I know a few key mod files are in the main MTW/VI folder. My answer (ignorant though it is http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif ) probably doesn't help with your specific question, but I'm sure a mod guru will pop on by and give you a real answer.

Yes Pindar. However, you look around at the various topics, you will see many of the forum vets and experts of all types do read and post here in the Entrance Hall too. So please don't feel like you are only posting here with a bunch of n00bies. Besides, many of the n00ies here have been playing to TW games for a long time before deciding to join us here.
