Retrieving lost Mi/We Clan password

Does anyone know how to retieve a lost clan password for STW:MI/WE?

It seems you can change the password only if you know the old password. I can't seem to find any way of getting my clan's password from EA.

If anyone has any ideas or a solution please let me know

Surely if you are the leader there is a "Forgot your password?" retrieve thing?

Those things rarely work, Ithaskar. I've always experienced problems even when I gave all the data they wanted.

There is only a "change your password" link and it requires entry of the old password. I have gone as far as to contact EA account support as well as technical support and was told they didn't manage support for that aspect of the game.

Perhaps one of the elder patrons here has some notions as to what tree I might bark up at this point.
