Two quick questions :

It is possible to assign PROVINCE SPECIFIC buildings ?
(ie to allow the building of the Cathedral for the Italians only in Milan)

When browsing through the various .txt files in the MTW directories I've found that some string or line have two slash at the very beginning , like this : //
What does this means ?

I don;t know about the buildings - but someone here will.

The // or // in MTW text files, either at the beginning of a line or after the data contained on the line, represents a comment.

Other lines, in other MTW text files, indicate comments via the ; symbol.

Why the difference? It just depends on the code/software/routine that is interpreting the contents of such text files.

No there arenot province specific buildings, but there are religion specific buildings.

You do the same buildings in all provinces.
