Ian Roxburgh - The multi-player options are still under discussion, but there will definitely be 8 army multiplayer battles over LAN and internet. Historical battles will also be able to be played in this way.
Possible slip in reference to an ongoing war within CA over the inclusion of an actual MP campaign? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/eek.gif
Stay tuned
Possible, but rather unlikely. I believe he is talking about various styles of MP. King of the Hill, Burn Down the Farm (hehe that would be fun http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif) and so on.

[edit]Now that I've read it...OK so he did intimate that its gonna be different to TC http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/redface.gif
Quote[/b] ]The map is now a fully living, breathing world with volcanoes, mountains, rivers etc.Hmm, Vesuvius/Pompeii? Armies swept away by flooding rivers?
Quote[/b] ]and armies can move around and actually outmanoeuvre each otherI know this is likely to be incredibly annoying like the ships in MTW which you just can't catch.
Realistic indeed I guess...

It sounds like either the History Channel or the Discovery Channel may have picked up Time Commanders from the BBC. If this is the case I am somewhat surprised given that TC has only been on the air for 4 weeks Has TC gained some popularity or recognition in Britain since its been on the air? Do any Brits here have an idea as to what TC's ratings are like?
The other 'TV Broadcast company' might be either of the two U.S. channels I've already mentioned that has a RTW based show in the works based on Time Commander's format but with a decidedly American flavor. Not a new concept really; so many American television programs are copies of Brit originals.
And the odd kiwi one http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/frown.gif
Poopstars anyone http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/redface.gif

Unlike the rest of the planet, our judges chose a bunch of ugly/fat people http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif
You all realise that the single making the top of the chart at the end is actually part of the show right?
Cost the record label lots here because like 3 people actually bought the thing so they had to make up the difference by buying their own records http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif
