Hi and welcome to the modding arena ...
there have been many attempts to make one compite but all failed ... this has to be a unified presses and it takes a long time ... actually ... I don't think it is worth it.
Now if you read the pined threads you will get an idea. Start from simple mods (unit mods) download one and familiarise your self with the files. Make a few units then try to do some thing with the map (startpos files) gradually you will be on your way to excellence but that depends on you. Give it time and work that’s all you need.
BTW. Get your self some tools ... the CA production files are a good start ... though I had to work on them to make them work for me. If you like I can send you mine.
No thats alright I try to do it on my own but just one thing how do you make your own historic battles?

It depends how in-depth you want to make your historical battles/campaigns. In-depth ones require an understanding of the Triggers, simple ones are slightly easier.
I just wanna now how to make a simple historic battle for now and maybe test triggers out later
