Does anyone know how to do this? I know that by the 13th-14th centuries, Princes were called Grand Dukes, and so I want to change this for the Russians. If anyone knows how I can do this, then please reply http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/frown.gif Please? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

You will need to open the DEFAULT_FACTION_SPECIFIC file in Loc/Eng there you will find heading for the leaders/Kings
under {"king_titles"} which is the label you will see postions starting with 0 for rebels and so on the Russians are postion 11 {'prince"} just edit that to read
{"grand duke"} that should do it, LOS

The default file only covers the High era. The Early and Late files cover the other two eras, which is what I think you are looking for.

No I mean for an heir, for the Russians. Instead of Princes (the Russian Grand Princes' son), can it be changed to grand duke? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/frown.gif That's what I was asking. Sorry if it was confusing.
Well, if it's not in the faction specific texts, then it's probably in the names.txt. If not there, try searching the other files in the Eng folder. Try "Heir" or "prince".

I don't think you can change the Prince title. If you learn how though, please post here http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wave.gif
