Unit Placement [Archive]

Is there any way to change unit placement on the panel at the bottom of screen to represent their location on the field?

Not that I know of.
I think units come in the bottom panel in the order you bought them. When you group units I don't know if their order in the unit panel is random or not.

If you group units then they jump to the left but only after the non-grouped units. So, group your left wing first, then the center, then the right wing. As far as I know you cannot change the order of non-grouped units. But Tera is right they show up in the order you bought them, so buy them in the left, centre, right order.

Ooops, I was wrong about non-grouped units http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/frown.gif Apparently, there is fixed order, and this is as follows:

HC, YC, CA, SA, Arq, Musk, Nagi, Monk, NOD, YS, YA, BN, Kensai, Nag.C

Try this buy 5 NC and buy whatever u want next.Then start u will see that the NC dont come first http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif
