Is there a way to make a unit that 'inspires' troops like the general and also is there a way to make it a specific unit? Want to create a 'Regimental Colours' type of unit. Failing that, is there a way to permanently assign 'command' of an army to a 'Regimental Colours' type unit rather than to the general with the highest command rating?
