There is a pack of zips for this mode in 3D Downloads,but I cant find any information and posts about this mode.

I think you might be onfused um NagutsuShumi is making a roman mod wich was going to be on the fall of rome but he changed it to Centurion Total war I believe the old one was called Rome:TPTTDA Even if it isnt the right one you should check out his new one CTW because its gonna be awsome http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
