Honor Gained

Noticed in MP ur units gain honor, how many kills in MP does it take for ur men to move up a honor.
Also does this differ from unit to unit?

erm i think it is like a custom battle or like a fight in a campain . .depends what honour ur unit is at. . what units they killed and how many . . and yes differ from unit to unit as far as i know!
