Is there a league for VI players?

Guys,

As I made my debut on the multiplayer side of VI, I was wondering if there is a league somewhere where people are playing each other 1v1...
If not, is anybody interested to form one? the format would be like a football league. Each player will meet the other ones twice..(home and away)
We could start with 10 players...

Maps would be different on each gameday..

I checked it (looks very good) but it is not quite what I am looking for...

I like the idea of a league instead of challenging someone (which is if I understood, the way the ladder works).

So if people are interested in a small league (10 players to start with) then put your email below and I will orginize and manage the league.

Have you checked the MyLeague website? It might make things easier to manage. I think you can run ladders/tournaments in several ways.

There is the CWB (Clan War Belt) and the CWC (Clan Wars Contest) as well as the 1v1 Ladder.

All of those are essentially "leagues" or "perpetual tournies" with different rules for determining who fights whom.

History shows it is very difficult to sustain a league over any period of time-- especially if it is a 1v1 league. At first nobody wants to join (because they think it is another flash in the pan), then they FLOOD in, and then almost as quickly they lose interest. The number of "disappearing" players is really incredible.

So if you are going to have a league you might consider having a specific # of players to keep it manageable.
