Just an idea. In real life a unit wouldn't march through it's own troops to turn around, the rear line would just become the front line. Perhaps a key press to achieve this would be useful. It wouldn't happen automatically as that would wreck flanking and attacking from behind, You'd have to be warey though so that you press the key in time.

Maybe in real life the unit doesn't switch like that.

Maybe the guy in the front has been picked to be in fornt, and the guys in the rear rank are the sergeants.

Maybe the unit does have to 'turn around' instead of just reversing direction.

Usually the high honoured men get packed at the front. Check logfiles and you'll find the first 20 or so men have higher honour than the rest.

Of course this doens't make any difference in MP, as all the men are equal honour..

I've seen units more or less invert their rows to make a 180 before. That's plenty fast enough for me.
