Faction Bonuses

i was thinking is it possible to change faction bonuses so i can create a dutch faction in the game that have better ships and better aquarbusiers just a question and also can i make the faction have a trade bonus

Yes it is possible - you have to specify this in unit stats.

i back up everything now because of the problems i had making a super early russia mod to make polish harder.
