Help Please

Some of my mail was erased by accident so please forgive the repetition. I am disabled and slow to grasp things so you have to break things down (explanation) for me. I have STW, how do I install a cheat code into the game--what games will it work in? Your help would be greatly appreciated and thank you very much.

One code l remember is ".muchkoku."
It gives you 1 mill koku http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif
You just type that when you are on the campain screen(when you see yer provinces, you know).

.muchkoku. gives you endless cash
.conan. lets you play as ronin.

enter the codes whilst on the strategy map, as I typed them above, including both fullstops.

Don't recommend using the first code though cause it will show you ALL the unit movements every turn and it takes ages and it will make you want to die!
