While not of any real tactical value, I would have to say I really enjoy the "Follow Projectile" option in battles. You're sitting in a defensive position with a couple of cannons, watching the enemy advance. Then they reach the sweet spot, or attempt to reposition and end up with their units all clumped up. Why watch the carnage from a distance, when you can see it from the cannonball's perspective I only hope that in future versions of this game, the graphics get refined enough to where you can see the looks on the enemys' faces. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
Since I can't think of any "good" reason for CA to have this option, it can only be for the sadistic enjoyment I derive from it, and for that I would like to thank CA. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
