Any News on STW WE patch?

Any news on the patch to include a multiplayer campaign in STW/WE? You know the one...*cough*

I hate to seem lazy, but I can't seem to find any news posts where they came out and said it was 100% dead.

I use to lurk here a lot, but the flames got way to nasty around 9/11, but with MTW coming I feel myself being drawn back to the ORG against my will. :-) I know I should ask this question on the MTW forum, but as it pertains to my earlier question I hope it will be all right. Is MTW being designed to allow for a balance and working multiplayer campaign?

p.s. I seem to follow the 80/20 rule. 80% of my PC gaming enjoyment comes from single player, and 20% comes from multiplayer. If a game has a great single player component, but poor or no multiplayer, I'll still enjoy it. A game with both is a classic (in my book that is). A game with poor single player and great multiplayer...well you do the math http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif

The online campaign for STW:WE/MI is 100% dead. I don't know about MTW.

GAH! The MP online campaign for STW will be released soon after MTW is released. MTW's online campaign patch will be released soon after TW3's release... Don't you know this by now? http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/confused.gif

Thanks for the answers guys(gals?), I was reallllly hoping they would do it for MTW. Damn. Is it because they're (CA) British? I've noticed UK people are not into spending four hours plus playing online because of the cost. Right now the online battles are short and sweet. Oh well, I'll still buy it, I was just hoping to play it at one of our groups Beer and game LAN parties.

If they do put it in MTW, do you think they would go back and add it to STW WE?
