Who are the Chosokabe clan in te Shogun total war game?
I was checking some files of stw, and I came accross some audiofiles of a clan named "Chosokabe".
Who are they and why aren't they a choosable clan in the game?

I hope I have the correct question for the right answers I seek.

This question has been asked before, you might want to search the forum for the old thread.

Simply put, Chosakabe was a clan that almost took over that "ronin" island before Toyotomi swept through western Japan. At that point, the army size of Toyotomi was so huge that those "rising" clans had no choice but to become his subjects.

Some guessed that originally the designer wanted to make Chosakabe one of the playable plan, but was having trouble to make it distiguishable from other plans, and also it's kinda hard to define their original territory.
