cheats in MTW 1.1

With some cheats, like the money cheat, for example, does the AI get the cheat as well as the player?
I put in that 1,000,000 florins cheat and I'm hoping the AI gets it too
Do they? does anyone know?

I believe that the "quick build" and "All units" cheats allow the AI the same advantage as the cheating human player. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/eek.gif

the money cheat does not give it to the other factions.
Jeebus is correct on the "all units" cheat applying to all factions.
