There are also a lot of Dutch. But you are right, there aren't many Canadians around these parts.

If it will make you feel better, you can count me as an unofficial part Canadian. I love Canada. My dad has lived there nearly full time for the past 15 years and my favourite thing to do is pack up for a week long vacation at his cottage on a lake. I think I could live up there just soaking up the Canadian atmosphere & life style.

Oh, and one of my favourite singers is Gordon Lightfoot.

Just for now I'd like to rest in the shade of a Maple tree.

Scipio, my dad's cottage is in Ontario about 15-20km north of the Thousand Island border crossing on the St. Lawrence - Kingston & Grananoque are the closest cities. I've also been to Victoria, BC on a business trip. Victoria is a beautiful small city.

Hey a Calgarian I have lots of fa,ily over theire but I reside in beautiful British Columbia. Never been over to ontario but ya Vancouver island is nice but I reside on the main land
