"Unique Key has expired"

Tried downloading the Bif reader at the top of the Tools & Utilities download list, and the queue window said that the unique key I was trying to use has expired. Is there something I did wrong?

Hey PM, I hope you didn't spend too much time looking for the edit button - you don't have one. Editing ones posts is not a desired feature for new patrons. We want to see how you post, warts and all, so you don't get an edit button. Scary, ain't it?

As to your download problem, try it again. Do you run into the same problem?
