As you may know, I am making a Scottish clans mod, and I have 2 maps, but don't know which one to use, and I can't post pictures.

Either the Viking Invasion one which is okay, but you can see the pixels.
Or a satellit photo type one, like you see on ITV weather, which is a bit blurry at normal size.

I would like an opinion on wich one to use. I would appreciate it quite a bit.

The Satellite picture maps are a good resource for new campmaps I think, The Ancient total war mod is using a rather nice one, and one was done recently for China, and I used one as well to make a new map of The USA for an upcoming mod which looks rather nice, so I would say try the Satellite pics and see what the results are...LOS

Yeah, I also think so that sattelite pictures are a good resource.

Thanks for the opinions, I'll get on with making the regions right away. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

A series of screenshots of the Braveheart campaign map (the game, not the movie) would be great
