changing flag & shields

Ok there might be info out there to help me, but I'm pretty useless when it comes to searchs http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif I want to change the scottish flag & shield in bkb's mod from the saltire to the rampant lion as i feel this was a little more historical for the times - especially for Robert the Bruce http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Modding things and having them work gives you sort of a high or a rush. It's like watching your very own child grow up and graduate college.
Of course, most of the time, things will go horribly wrong with modding, and your star college student will turn into a pothead hippy college-dropout.
But still, it's fun to mod stuff
