Fast construction cheat

For all of us who cheat on MTW, I have found out that you cannot have auto construct buildings on while using .worksundays. While making the change from auto to fast, you will have to uncheck the auto selection for fast buildings (found by clicking the arrow by the strategy minimap) and making sure auto construct buildings is not checked. Then you may have to save, and restart your game for the cheat to take affect, entering it once the game as started. Why this is, I don't know some glitch on the programming, or mabey a way to get us losers to not cheat http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif good luck

i would rather have fast construction, but autop construction frees you hands. When you get up ito large portions of conquest, where you have 40% of the world or more, filling your production queue gets rather tiresome. It can take up alot of time. So i usually go through most of the game fast construction, then the rest auto. This gives ema boost into serious buildings.

I don't have to ever restart or save to use the cheat (if I want to use it). I just type it in and boom. But you have to cancel all buildings being constructed for it to take effect.

ah so that was the trick, i knew it was somehting. Do you still have ot have the auto construction off? cuz i found it would turn it off whne i endabled it.
