NTW- Modding in the Turks

I have been doing some modding on NTW, modding in the Ottoman Turks. Everything runs well, except I can only start with Constantinople running in the Late era even though I have the other regions designated to the Turks.
Does anyone have any input or solutions to this matter?

Well the next version of NTW has the Ottomans added, and will be relesed very soon, so if you can wait fine if not zip up your mod txt file and send it to me at ronin27k@aol.com and I will have alook and see if I can solve your problem...LOS
