Changing pic

I was wondering how to go about changing the image just below my forum name. I have looked through my control panel and been unable to find a solution. Is this option only available to junior members and up?

No, you have to get 500 posts here at the .org, however Senior Members do not need 500 posts to change their pic. They can do it when they want. Don't ask me why...because i still don't know http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
