Reinforcements...hmm...?

Just wondered, being fairly new to this game, whether I had missed something. Is there no possibility of having reinforcements in MP games? I can see this as having a great effect - would introduce a whole new set of tactics etc

Reinforcements would be tactically useless, it would be much smarter to spend your koku on upgrading the initial 16, if your opponent bought expensive reinforcements you would destroy their army and then pick off reinforcements one by one.

Ah yes wise words. I had not considered the fact that reinforcements arrive only in single units. If the game could be tweaked so that say 3 or 4 units coould be broought on..... and there was a possibility of more cash...hmmm dreams
