Why cant I post in the Dungeon?

I occasionally mod a little. This is a great game but I find that I need more challenge and so want to design a mod that will greatly improve the AI (i am tired of stacks of peasants).

However, I have noticed that I cannot post in the dungeon. Guild Member rules do not say anything about these kinds of restrictions, besides I see some post from Junior Members in the Dungeon.

So, I wonder why I cannot post there. Could someone please explain? Am I missing something?

You should be able to post in dungeon by all means, try again. If that also fails, send a PM to one of the moderators, but first be sure you've tried to post correctly
