I just got VI the other day (yes I'm behind the times), before this I had been playing original MTW with NoAgents mod, because for me at least, agents ruined the game (too much pop ups).
I started a european campaign for the first time with VI yesterday....and I was elated to discover that the agent activities all show up in one little box Those summary boxes that they added are the best thing ever

Anyway I just wanted to share my happiness since I don't have to try to put the noagents mod in with VI, which I don't think would work.

Whoo

....summary boxes? VI adds summary boxes? Can you pop them up again during your turn, or only during the beginning?

*GROAN* And to think I could've bought that expansion, but figured it just added some new units and factions and whatnot. Didn't realize there were interface enhancements. So I bought Tron 2.0 instead. Ack.

Well, maybe I'll get ridiculously lucky at the second hand store like I did with M:TW.

I believe it's only at the beginning, but I'm not sure. I got it at CompUSA for $20, you might be able to find it cheaper on the internet?

VI is definitely an enhancement to MTW. Any MTW owner should get it.

If STW is
MTW 0.8 and STW:MI is
MTW 0.9 and
MTW 1.0 patched is
MTW 1.1 then VI is
MTW 1.2

I'll bet I can find it somewhere for $20, especially post-holiday. Just feel silly paying $20 for an expansion for a game that I only payed $1.99 for. Like I said, I got lucky at the second hand store.
