you must earn respect of the moderators in order to be deemed worthy of being promoted. Trrust me it is a very handy feature.

Besides, do not think of Entrance Hall as the dregs of the barrel. Quite the opposite actually, a lot of junior and senior members post there and often discuss things and help newcomers. do not feel sidelined since Entrance Hall bore many a good discussion in the past.
