You can get the Napoleon mod (NTW): at NTW (http://www.thelordz.co.uk/downloads.html)

The roman mod that is aviable is the Patrician mod:
You can get it at here at the org in the download section.

You can get the Hellenic TW mod (HTW) at: HTW Beta (http://hostingprod.com/@hellenictotalwar.com/pages/htw2pag.html) .
But its a Beta, not everything is included yet.
