(yeah, I know that this is supposed to be in the Apopethcary, but this is my first post ever and thus I am still a Junior Member.)
My Specs:
AMD Xp-2500+ processor
Maxtor 80GB 7200RPM hard drive
512MB 266Mhz DDR ram
Nvidia G4 MX440 AGP8x w/128MB DDR VRAM
LG 52x24x52 CDRW drive
Sorry, can't remember motherboard build
Windows XP
Medieval: Total War Full Version
Ok, my problem is this: I insert the CD (disc 1) into my drive, and the autorun doesn't work. This is no surprise, autorun almost never works on my comp. I go to My Computer in the start menu and from there to Medieval_TW_CD1. I then launch the... uh, launcher, and the autorun menu appears (the one with the things like Play Medieval:TW and Install Medieval:TW and Register Electronically. I click the install button. A little splash screen with the game's title appears while the setup bar loads to 99% instantly, then 100% in about three seconds. Then... nothing. I guess the whole thing quits, cuz nothing happens after that.
Oh yeah, I borrowed this copy from a friend of mine. I hope that doesn't make a difference.
Thanks,
ThePeach
