chance card: one of your provinces rebels remove one house from any of your provinces, if no houses have been built you must pay 1,500 florins

Instead of Hotels and Houses, have Fortresses and Keeps or as follows;

1 House - Fort, pay 1,000 men
2 Houses - Keep, pay 2,000 men
3 Houses - Castle, pay 5,000 men
4 Houses - Citadel, pay 10,000 men
5 Houses - Fortress, pay 25,000 men

Also each Street would be one Faction. i.e. you can not build until you own the whole street.

Utilities is the Pope, and Railways are to Mongols.

Do you have any idea how much violence Monopoly causes? It takes so long to do that the way that I win is beating up my opponet (or being beat up yourself).
